Cross-country skiing routes are located on the slopes of Żuków in Ustjanowa Górna, near the access to Ustrzyki Dolne. They are classified as the most interesting and the longest routes for cross-country skiing in Poland. These routes include 2- and 5-kilometer sections which are regularly prepared and snow groomed. They are also accessible to everyone and free-of-charge. They can be used by both amateurs starting their adventure with cross-country skiing as well as advanced and experienced cross-country skiers.
As one of few, the routes are FIS-approved, which allows to organize international competitions there.
These routes run along an educational and nature path of Bieszczady National Park called “Żukowem do Krainy Lipeckiej” and bike trails. As a result, the routes function as a tourist attraction all year long, not only in winter. What is more, in summer you can also use marked Nording Walking routes on the slopes of Żuków.
At the site there is a parking lot.
