Bieszczady is an inseparable element of the Carpathian Mountains, and during the Market you can hear folk music from many countries.
The traditions of Bieszczady intermingle with, among others, Slovakian, Hungarian, and Ukrainian culture, thanks to which this event has an exceptional power.
The Carpathian Tourist Market (Karpacki Jarmark Turystyczny) is an annual event organized in Ustrzyki Dolne. Last year, in 2017, the event was 7 days long, from 24th to 30th July.
This year it will be held from 26th to 28th July. During this weekend, local inhabitants and tourists will be able to feel the spirit of the Carpathian Mountains. The program includes various concerts, sport competitions, and other attractions. The Carpathian Tourist Market will feature numerous stands showing craft and artistic products, as well as regional cuisine.
The Carpathian Tourist Market aims at familiarizing people with culture that surrounds them. With an additional foreign (Slovakian, Hungarian, or Ukrainian) accent, this event is each year characterized by multiculturalism and shows the cooperation of Ustrzyki Dolne with its partner towns, not only from abroad.
