The Great and the Small Loop of Bieszczady (so-called Bieszczady’s bypass roads) are an excellent way to spend your free time in a car, on a motorcycle trip, or, for those who crave sport challenges, on a bike.
The Great Loop starts in Lesko and goes through the following towns: Hoczew, Nowosiółki, Mchawa, Baligród, Bystre, Łubne, Jabłonki, Cisna, Dołżyca, Krywe, Przysłup, Kalnica, Smerek, Wetlina, Przełęcz Wyżna, Brzegi Górne, Przełęcz Wyżniańska, Ustrzyki Górne, Bereżki, Smolnik, Lutowiska, Pasmo Ostrego, Czarna, Żłobek, Rabe, Równia, Hoszów, Ustrzyki Dolne, Ustjanowa, Olszanica, Uherce Mineralne, and Glinne.
The Small Loop partially overlaps with the Great Loop and leads from Lesko, via Hoczew, next going through the following towns: Średnia Wieś, Berezka, Myczków, Polańczyk, Wołkowyja, Bukowiec, Chrewt, Polana, Czarna, Żłobek, Rabe, Równia, Hoszów, Ustrzyki Dolne, Ustjanowa, Olszanica, Uherce Mineralne, and Glinne.
Both bypass roads are very picturesque routes, with many beautiful views and places worth visiting. The routes have marked viewpoints from which you can admire the beautiful Bieszczady and Lake Solina.
